At Guruji Textile, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you wish to return a product, you can contact us within 7 days from the date you received your order.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and have all original tags and packaging intact. While initiating the return, we may request clear photos of the product to verify its condition before pickup.
Once the product is received and inspected by our team, and if it meets the return criteria, your refund will be processed within 7–8 business working days.
Please note that returns will not be accepted if the product is found used, damaged, or missing original tags or packaging.
